Though, analyzing your audience, two things could sink a creator program.

They mostly post about their own portfolio and their fund, not about the founders they spotted.

Each has an answer.

  1. Target the right profiles. Two types actually engage. Emerging managers and solo GPs who need a public brand to attract founders and LPs. And ambitious associates or principals inside larger funds, building their own name. Both happen to be exactly the people you want closer to Evertrace: the first are growth accounts, the second are tomorrow's partners. Then I cross that with who is genuinely active in creating content. I have the data.
  2. Have two or three headliners to start. I start with the first two or three voices whose presence makes the others want in. It is a lever I have used in past projects, and it works every time.
  3. Create the scarcity. We define the niches, and we keep one voice per niche. There is no room for everyone, and that is exactly what makes a seat worth taking.
